Founded in August 1980, Grenhall Chemicals Limited is a private corporation with manufacturing facilities and offices situated in Brampton, just outside of the city of Toronto, Ontario Canada.

CHRONOLOGY


August 26, 1980	Incorporation of Grenhall Chemicals Limited as a chemical distribution company.
November, 1988	Construction of a 1,000 Ton per year adhesive tackifier unit.
February, 1992	Expansion of resin tackifier capacity to 4,000 Tons per year.
June, 1996	Addition of varnish vehicles and capacity expansion to 7,000 Tons per year.
January, 2002	Completion of new 45,000 Ton manufacturing facility in Brampton, Ontario.
